Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
- Troubleshooting, analyzing, optimizing, and documenting on-premise and cloud oriented IT infrastructure, including Microsoft M365
- Setting up and maintaining internal virtualization solutions using VMWare
- Standardizing and automating installation procedures and administrative tasks
- Supporting and consulting with internal and external customers
Das bringst Du mit:
- Completed IT training or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Organizational talent, communication skills, high problem solving ability and flexibility
- Fast comprehension as well as distinct ability to work in a team
- Experience in the environment of M365, Azure, container-based solutions and virtualization solutions under VMWare
- Knowledge of Powershell and Terraform desirable
- Experience in the support of database systems (ideally Oracle and/or MS SQL or Postgres SQL environment) would be desirable
- A structured way of working and strong communication skills in German and English
